Effective Date 10 September 2026
Version 2.0
This Policy governs individual-user plans, subscriptions, QUOTAH Credit, top-ups, paid processing requests, cancellations and refunds. It forms part of the QUOTAH Individual User Terms.
ENFRAX SARL, Lebanon operates QUOTAH. Questions about a payment, cancellation or refund may be sent to info@quotah.io.
1 Order Information
Before you complete a purchase, QUOTAH will display the selected plan or service, total price, currency, applicable tax, billing frequency, renewal status, included Credit, Credit validity and material usage limits. The Order summary controls those commercial details.
You must review the Order summary and correct any selection or Account information before paying. A purchase is complete when the payment is authorized and QUOTAH issues an on-screen or electronic confirmation.
2 QUOTAH Credit
QUOTAH Credit is a contractual unit used to obtain eligible processing inside QUOTAH. It is not cash, stored value, electronic money, a deposit, a bank account, a payment service or a financial product.
Credit may be used only for eligible functions during the validity period shown at purchase. Credit cannot be withdrawn, pledged, sold, transferred, redeemed for cash or used outside QUOTAH, except where applicable law requires a monetary refund.
Subscription Credit, paid top-up Credit, promotional Credit and Credit issued as a remedy may have different validity and use rules. QUOTAH may consume the Credit with the nearest expiry first. The Order summary will disclose any different priority.
3 Credit Requirement, Reservation and Deduction
Before paid processing begins, QUOTAH will display the Credit required or the disclosed basis for calculating it, which may depend on the service, file type, file size, page count, item count, complexity or processing mode.
Processing begins only after you confirm the request. QUOTAH may reserve the displayed Credit while the request is queued or processed. The reserved Credit is deducted when processing begins. If the request does not begin or fails completely because of a technical failure within QUOTAH's control, the reserved Credit will be released or restored.
If file inspection shows that additional Credit is required, QUOTAH will pause the request and obtain your confirmation before reserving or deducting the additional amount.
4 Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
A subscription renews automatically only when the checkout clearly states the renewal frequency and price, and you affirmatively accept automatic renewal. Automatic renewal is not activated through a preselected option.
You may cancel future renewal through the Account controls or by contacting info@quotah.io before the renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future charges and paid benefits at the end of the current paid period. It does not automatically refund the current period, consumed Credit or delivered Outputs.
If a renewal price or billing frequency changes, we will notify you before the new amount is charged and obtain renewed consent where required by law. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the payment, notify you, suspend paid functions or move the Account to an available free level.
5 Top-Ups, Trials and Promotions
Paid top-up Credit is purchased separately from a subscription and is governed by the validity period and use conditions displayed before purchase.
Trial or promotional Credit has no cash value and may expire at the time stated in the offer. We may limit a promotion by user, Account, device, payment method, project or campaign, and may withdraw Credit obtained through fraud, duplicate Accounts or misuse.
6 Payments, Taxes and Invoices
Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider. The provider may apply authentication, fraud, bank, card-network and chargeback controls. QUOTAH does not receive or store the full card number when the payment provider collects it directly.
The checkout will identify the amount, currency, applicable tax, billing frequency and merchant or payment description available for the transaction. You are responsible for fees charged independently by your bank, card issuer or currency provider.
ENFRAX will issue or make available an invoice or receipt containing the seller and transaction information required by applicable law.
7 Cancellation Before Processing
You may cancel a paid processing request and receive a release or return of the applicable Credit, or a monetary refund where appropriate, if processing has not started, no Output or other digital benefit has been delivered, no custom cost has been incurred and no disclosed non-refundable third-party cost has been charged.
In addition, you may request cancellation within seven calendar days after a purchase if you have not used any included or purchased Credit, requested processing, downloaded an Output or otherwise received a benefit from that purchase. This contractual right does not reduce any longer or broader mandatory right.
8 Immediate Digital Performance
When you request immediate digital processing, you expressly ask QUOTAH to begin the selected Service before any otherwise applicable cancellation period has expired. Once processing begins or an Output is delivered, cancellation or refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
QUOTAH will obtain the required immediate-performance confirmation separately from optional marketing and cookie choices.
9 Technical Failure and Non-Delivery
If a paid request is not delivered, is corrupted, cannot be downloaded or fails because of a verified technical problem within QUOTAH's control, contact info@quotah.io with the Account email, Order reference, file name, processing time and a description of the problem.
Depending on the failure, we will reprocess the request, restore or return the affected Credit, repair access, make an Account adjustment or refund the unperformed portion. If a reasonable reprocessing attempt cannot deliver the purchased function, you may request a refund for the affected paid processing.
A difference between an indicative QUOTAH estimate and later market, supplier, contractor or site pricing is not a technical failure if QUOTAH delivered the preliminary automated Output described at confirmation.
10 When a Refund Is Not Available
Subject to mandatory law, a refund is not available for a change of mind after processing begins, an incorrect file selected by you, inaccurate instructions, dissatisfaction with market prices, later changes in scope or pricing, failure to obtain professional review, an expired promotional benefit, or an Output that contains a disclosed limitation but was technically delivered.
We do not refund a past subscription period solely because the Account was not used. Future renewal may still be cancelled under Section 4.
11 Refund Method and Timing
An approved monetary refund is returned to the original payment method unless that is impossible or another lawful method is required. ENFRAX will initiate the refund within 14 business days after approval. The bank, card network or payment provider may require additional time to post the amount.
Where a partial failure affects only part of an Order, the remedy may be proportionate to the unperformed part. Promotional Credit is normally restored as promotional Credit and is not converted into cash.
12 Unauthorized Payments and Chargebacks
Notify us promptly if you believe a payment was unauthorized. We may ask for reasonable verification and may suspend processing while the payment is investigated.
Before initiating a chargeback for a service issue, contact info@quotah.io so that we can review the transaction and offer the applicable remedy. This does not remove any right to contact your bank or payment provider.
13 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable right relating to withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, non-delivery, defective digital service, unauthorized payment, fraud, misrepresentation or complaint handling. Where mandatory law provides a more favorable remedy, that remedy applies.
14 Policy Changes
We may update this Policy for legal, payment or service changes. A change will not reduce a refund or cancellation right that arose under a completed Order before the change took effect.
