Effective Date 10 September 2026
Version 2.0
This Notice explains how QUOTAH uses cookies, local storage, session identifiers and similar technologies on the individual-user website and Account. It forms part of the QUOTAH Privacy Policy.
ENFRAX SARL, Lebanon operates QUOTAH. Cookie and privacy questions may be sent to info@quotah.io.
1 What These Technologies Do
A cookie is a small text file stored by a browser. Local storage and session identifiers perform similar functions. These technologies can keep you signed in, protect forms and sessions, remember preferences, record privacy choices, detect misuse and measure whether the Service operates correctly.
2 Cookie Categories
| Category | Purpose | Choice | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, payment flow and storage of privacy choices. | Required for the requested Service and not disabled through the cookie panel. | Session to 12 months, depending on function. |
| Preferences | Remember language, region, display and other convenience settings. | Optional where consent is required. | Up to 12 months. |
| Analytics | Measure errors, performance, feature use and processing flow so we can improve reliability. | Optional and disabled until consent where prior consent is required. | Up to 13 months. |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns and manage optional promotional audiences or messages. | Optional, never preselected and disabled until consent where required. | Up to 13 months. |
3 Cookies Used at Publication
At publication, QUOTAH uses strictly necessary first-party technologies for Account login, session security, request integrity, service operation and storage of cookie choices. Optional analytics, preference or marketing technologies are activated only in accordance with the choice presented in the cookie panel.
The live cookie panel displays the current cookie or technology name, provider, purpose, category and expiry before any optional category is activated. That live register controls if a technical update changes a cookie name or expiry without changing the purpose described in this Notice.
4 Third-Party Technologies
An external payment, security, hosting, support or media service may use its own cookies when you interact with that provider. Where the provider acts independently, its privacy and cookie notice governs its use of those technologies.
QUOTAH does not permit an optional third-party analytics or marketing technology to run before the required consent has been obtained.
5 Managing Your Choices
The cookie panel allows you to accept all optional cookies, reject all non-essential cookies or choose by category. Rejecting non-essential cookies is as accessible as accepting them where equal choice is required.
You may change or withdraw an optional choice at any time through Cookie Settings. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login, security, payment or Account functions from working.
6 Changes and Contact
We may update this Notice when technology, providers or legal requirements change. The current effective date will appear on the published Notice. Questions may be sent to info@quotah.io.
