Effective Date 10 September 2026
Version 2.0
This Policy defines permitted and prohibited use of the QUOTAH individual-user Service. It forms part of the QUOTAH Individual User Terms.
You are responsible for your Account, User Content, instructions, Outputs and the people to whom you provide an Output.
1 Lawful and Authorized Use
Use QUOTAH only for a lawful individual-user purpose and only with files, data and payment methods that you are authorized to use. Follow applicable construction, procurement, intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, export-control, sanctions, anti-fraud and cybersecurity requirements.
2 Files and Data
You must not upload, submit or process:
- material that you do not have the right to use or disclose;
- malware, harmful code, stolen files, unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights;
- classified or restricted government information;
- trade secrets or confidential material that you are not authorized to provide;
- official identity documents, sensitive personal data, children's data or unrelated personal data unless strictly necessary, lawful and expressly permitted for the selected Service; or
- information intended to facilitate violence, unsafe construction, corruption, bid manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or another unlawful act.
3 Fraud, Deception and Impersonation
You must not misrepresent your identity, authority, project ownership, professional qualification, payment authorization or relationship with another person or entity.
You must not use QUOTAH to create or support a fraudulent price, collusive bid, deceptive RFQ, false record, fabricated qualification, forged document, unlawful procurement activity or misleading representation about an Output.
4 Security and Technical Misuse
You must not:
- attempt to access another user's Account, files, Outputs or non-public system;
- bypass authentication, authorization, Credit, payment, rate or usage controls;
- probe, scan or test a vulnerability without prior written authorization;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with service availability or overload infrastructure;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract non-public platform or user data;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive non-public source code, models, prompts, weights or system design, except to the limited extent a non-waivable law permits; or
- conceal the source of automated traffic or evade a technical restriction, suspension or investigation.
5 Account, Credit and Payment Misuse
You must not share, sell, rent, transfer or sublicense an Account, credential, paid access or QUOTAH Credit. You must not create duplicate Accounts to evade limits, pricing, Credit expiry, verification, fraud controls, enforcement or suspension.
You must not use an unauthorized payment method, submit a false payment dispute or exploit a pricing, Credit or refund error. Report a suspected error to info@quotah.io without attempting to benefit from it.
6 Commercial and Competitive Misuse
An individual Account must not be operated as a hidden supplier, contractor, subcontractor, reseller, marketplace participant, outsourced processing bureau or procurement agency.
You must not resell Outputs, publish them as a competing database, use QUOTAH to train or improve a competing model or product, or systematically collect rates, classifications, suppliers, templates or other platform material for a competing service.
7 Responsible Use of Outputs
You must review every Output and obtain qualified professional approval before a material bid, procurement, construction, engineering, contractual, financial, tax, insurance, safety or statutory use.
You must not remove or conceal a material warning, limitation, assumption, source date or confidence statement when sharing an Output if doing so could mislead another person.
8 Investigation and Enforcement
ENFRAX may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records. We may limit processing, suspend access, remove unlawful material, reverse improperly obtained Credit or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, payment services, evidence or legal compliance.
We may act without prior notice where delay creates a material security, fraud, legal or safety risk. Otherwise, where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the concern and allow you to provide relevant information. Mandatory refund, consumer and data rights remain unaffected.
9 Reporting Misuse
Report suspected security issues, unauthorized content, fraud or misuse to info@quotah.io. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability or access data beyond what is necessary to describe the issue.
